Workers." Hi Andrew, This is a description taken from a draft word document dated 2014 by Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust for NHS Professionals. Returning to the NHS after a long time away I have been asked for an interview and a KBA. Can anybody tell me what the KBA consist of? Or, any practice papers?
