Dear Nurses,

We are a London based market research company and we are
looking for NURSES in London, Manchester and Birmingham. 

We will need you for a 30 minute questionnaire at the end of
February or beginning of March in a central location in one of the above
cities. 
This is a paid questionnaire and we will pay £50.

- You should regularly deal with
patients suffering from Dysphagia and need to use or recommend thickener
products for Dysphagia patients. 

- You should also work in Hospitals, primarily working
in ENT Units or Units dealing with Stroke or Head and Neck Cancer patients.

Your qualified opinion is very important to us.
